### Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Nightfang Studios. Because all of our t-shirts are custom-printed to order, we utilize a modified return policy to keep our operations sustainable. Please review our guidelines below before making a purchase.
#### 1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong size/design compared to what you ordered, we will replace it entirely at no cost to you.
* **How to report:** Email us at info@nightfangstudios.com within 30 days of delivery.
* **What to include:** Please provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue or damage.
* **No return needed:** In most cases, you do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
#### 2. Sizing and Buyer's Remorse
Because each shirt is printed specifically for you when you place an order, we cannot accept returns, modifications, or exchanges for:
* Choosing the incorrect size (please consult our Size Guide on the product page before ordering).
* Changing your mind or deciding you no longer want the design.
#### 3. Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status has stalled, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment if the package is confirmed lost. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to an incorrectly provided address.
#### 4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a structural refund is approved instead of a replacement, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
